What are the odds?

Imagine you found yourself in a 12'x12' windowless room with no exit. Across the room from you is a snarling North American Grey Wolf who's clearly looking at you while hearing dinner bells. There is nothing else in the room and you have no tools (including any clothes).

The question is, could you realistically kill this creature before it kills you?
